Refund policy

Refunds & Cancellations

Many of our products are made to order or supplied as specialist items. As such, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has begun.

Part payments are non-refundable. In certain circumstances, and at the discretion of Sleepy Hollow Bedroom Centre Ltd, a credit note may be offered.

Mattresses are delivered in sealed hygiene packaging. Once opened, mattresses cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
