Delivery Information

Delivery dates are agreed at the point of ordering or confirmed shortly after purchase. While we aim to meet all agreed delivery schedules, delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including manufacturer lead times or third-party couriers.

Customers are responsible for ensuring suitable access and room readiness for delivery. Failed deliveries due to access issues may incur a redelivery charge (currently £29).

Local delivery is available within approximately 15 miles of our Chorley showroom. Please contact us if you are outside this area before placing an order.
